$117.3M in Stimulus Funds for Rural Water Projects, November 23, 2009 WASHINGTON — US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Tom Vilsack on November 18 announced the selection of $117.3 million in water and environmental project loans and grants that are being funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (stimulus program).
